Throughout the history, each part of the world witnessed to brutality, slaughter, anxiety of surviving; beyond selfish touch of mankind, humans had been surprised at their excitement upon how sublime and wild nature has been and frightened through the greatness of God.They struggled so hard to defeat it: They failed, and ended up praising what they have given by nature and finally appreciated it.
Today, Cappadocia gives us oppurtunity to understand all these feelings that had faded away and forgotten in history. Cappadocia probably one of the most exciting places in the world that lures one into remote past in terms of history and geology.

Even though "Cappadocia" appears on the stage almost 15 million years ago with series of eruptions from the cones of Mt. Erciyes and Mt. Hasan. Once all area covered in a thick layer of volcanic ash; all those formations on the heaps and in the valleys we have seen today sculptured by nature itself. Strong winds, floods and rain was the dominant elements for this progress.
Since then, mankind has come to the stage and the volcanic cone forms
were carved out to provide secure accommodation and often the entrances were concealed.

As Middle Earth Travel, our approach slightly comforts us: we aimed at following the ancient paths
by our "feet" in the first place. We are conscious of many of these sites require constant maintenance.
For that reason we do not touch "ancient soul" much during our treks and focus on the nature itself.

Stories of the past will remain in this magicland ever after ; during our Cappadocia treks we will pass villages and each local house we will be passing through , the bell will ring to us: Maybe a fairy turned out to be a pigeon , or a whisper about a hermit monk feeling persecution… It will all continue to circulate. Cappadocia seems to demand a romantic and passionate narrative and inspires visionary fantasies. And we kindly welcome you to join our treks to explore this wonderland.

We strongly think that "trekking" also helps us to preserve nature and ancient sites for further generations. Less technological touch keeps us on the basic level of enjoyment in the nature.
